Getting started
1 · ShootOpen the camera and press the shutter. The print develops on screen, just like the real thing.
2 · Keep or tossTap a print to see it big — favorite it, write on it, save it to Photos, or delete it.
3 · Build your wallPin kept photos to the photo wall with tapes and pins. It's your own little island.
A short interactive walkthrough plays automatically the first time you open the app. You can replay it anytime from Settings → Tutorial.
Frequently asked questions
Which devices does SnapIsle support?
Any iPhone running iOS 17 or later. SnapIsle is an iPhone app and does not run on iPad or Mac.
Is SnapIsle free? What does Premium unlock?
The app includes 3 free films (Classic, Fade, and B&W) and the classic paper. A one-time or monthly Premium unlock adds the complete library — all 24 films and all 7 papers, plus frame colors, watermark controls, and future additions. No feature you've already unlocked will be taken away.
How do I save a photo to my iPhone's photo library?
Open the photo from your collection, then use the share / save action on the detail screen. SnapIsle asks for permission to add to your photo library the first time — it can never read, change, or delete your existing photos.
I bought Premium on another device. How do I restore it?
Go to SnapIsle → Settings → Restore Purchases and sign in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. Your unlock applies automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by SnapIsle. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SnapIsle → Cancel Subscription. If you bought the lifetime unlock, there is nothing to cancel — it never renews.
I was charged by mistake / I want a refund.
All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple as well: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for the SnapIsle purchase. Developers cannot issue refunds directly.
The place name on my watermark is wrong or missing.
The place name comes from a one-time system location lookup at the moment of capture. If location permission is off, the watermark simply shows the date only. SnapIsle never stores your coordinates — see the privacy policy.
How do I delete all my photos and data?
Everything SnapIsle stores lives only on your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it — photos, walls, settings, and your signature. There is no server copy to worry about.
The tutorial disappeared. Where is it?
Settings → Tutorial replays the full manual chapter by chapter, including the interactive walkthrough.
